So I just started standing on chairs in the library making loud clacking noises and flashing lights all over the place. Seems like they should kick me out for something like that.

I made this frame at the Etowah County basketball tournament last night. I really like this frame because of the body language and negative space.
The player was fouled at the end of the half and as both teams left the floor to go to the locker room this player had a couple of free throws. His team mates lingered at the door as the player struggled to shake of the pain and shoot.
The game wasn’t extraordinarily close, but he just screwed up the courage and took his shots. You can see the look of anticipation in his teammate’s faces, but you can see how the player was just trying to get done and back to the locker room. He was just kind of left out alone on the floor.

I love this photo from an assignment last week of these kids getting therapy bikes. You could just sense their excitement as they tried them out for the first time.

A Bald Eagle, Haliaeetus leucocephalus, flies over Lake Guntersville State Park during a Bald Eagle Awareness weekend on Saturday January 5, 2008.
If you haven’t been up to Lake Guntersville to see the Bald eagles-don’t miss out. You may have to stand out in the cold for a while-but its worth it to see such a cool and majestic sight.
